Transferred from Zhitong Caijing website--Comtec(Stock code:00712) issues that Comtec Solar Systems Group finished the acquisition of 70% stake in CTS on Oct. 16th 2017. It means that CTS has been a member of Comtec and its financial statement will be submmited to Comtec.

The announcement shows that CTS engages in the development of the lithium ion power battery system and the energy storage system. CTS  covers the power battery of electric vehicle and the new energy storage system. 

The board believes that it is correct strategy of the acquisition for Comtec. It is good help to expand the sales range of R&D, integration,BMS, lithium ion battery system, which shows Comtec works hard for the diversification of investment.
